Remote Online Notary Service Disclaimers

Non-Political and Neutral Affiliation The Grant Guidance Group is a private, independent administrative document-processing and concierge service. We are not affiliated with, funded by, or endorsed by any government entity, political party, or specific administration within the United States or the Caribbean region. Any references on this website to public remarks, population studies, immigration discussions, or policy commentary made by elected officials or any other regional leaders—are provided strictly for historical, educational, and contextual illustration. These references highlight the broader cultural and demographic relevance of citizenship by descent within the Caribbean diaspora. Our inclusion of these public discussions does not constitute an endorsement of any political party, platform, or legislative agenda. The Grant Guidance Group remains strictly non-political and neutral in all operations. Our sole objective is to provide efficient, legal, and reliable document procurement and administrative support to individuals seeking to connect with their heritage.

Relationship Disclosure The Grant Guidance Group (TGGG) is not a notary public, law firm, or notarization service provider. TGGG has partnered with BlueNotary, an independent, third-party Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform, to make it easier for our clients to notarize documents online. All notarization sessions are conducted entirely by BlueNotary and its network of independently licensed, commissioned notaries public. TGGG does not perform, supervise, or take responsibility for any notarization session.

No Legal Advice Neither TGGG nor BlueNotary provides legal advice. Notarization confirms the identity of a signer and witnesses a signature — it does not verify the accuracy, legality, or enforce-ability of a document's contents. If you have questions about whether a specific document meets legal requirements for your situation, please consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

State Availability Remote Online Notarization is legally recognized in most, but not all, U.S. states and international jurisdictions. Availability of specific notary services, document types, and witness requirements may vary based on your location and the receiving jurisdiction's requirements. Please confirm with the receiving party (court, government office, financial institution, etc.) that a remotely notarized document will be accepted before beginning your session.

Notary Service Fees Disclosure Notarization fees are charged directly by BlueNotary and are separate from any fees paid to TGGG for citizenship, passport, or vital records services. TGGG does not receive a commission or referral fee for notarizations completed through this partnership.

Data & Privacy Any documents, identification, or personal information you submit during a notarization session are collected and stored directly by BlueNotary in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices, not by TGGG. Please review BlueNotary's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before starting a session.

Online Notarization Partnership Disclosure The Grant Guidance Group (TGGG) may facilitate access to mobile notary services — in-person notarization performed at a location convenient to the client — either through independently contracted mobile notaries or through TGGG-affiliated personnel who hold a valid notary commission in their state of practice.

Notarization Jurisdiction and Availability Disclaimer Any notary performing a mobile notarization on behalf of, or in coordination with, TGGG does so as an independent, individually licensed and commissioned notary public. TGGG does not itself hold a notary commission as a company, and facilitating a mobile notary appointment does not constitute TGGG providing notarization services directly.

The Grant Guidance Group’s Fees Disclosure Mobile notary fees, travel charges, and scheduling are separate from TGGG's citizenship, passport, and vital records service fees, and will be disclosed prior to booking.

Notarization and Legal Advice Disclaimer Notarization confirms the identity of the signer(s) and witnesses the signing of a document. It does not verify the accuracy, legality, or enforce-ability of the document's contents, and does not constitute legal advice. Clients should confirm with the receiving party (court, government office, financial institution, foreign consulate, etc.) that a mobile notarization will meet their specific requirements, particularly for documents intended for use outside the United States.

Notary Data Handling and Privacy Disclosure Availability of mobile notary services is subject to notary licensing, travel radius, and scheduling, and may vary by location.
